FIND YOUR JOY !In my newsletter, I provide a variety of natural methods for finding your way to the other side of depression.
I will inform you about how to take care of your health, your brain, your mind, and your spirit. It takes proper nutrition to feed your body and brain. It takes being able to realize when you are having negative thoughts and working to question them and change them. When you start paying attention to your body, your brain, and your mind, and you begin to develop true gratitude & appreciation for life, you will begin to discover your own real life back in the light. |

I am not a medical doctor, a psychiatrist, or a psychologist. I have an MA in Cognitive Psychology, with a half minor in Biopsychology & a half minor in Perception. I was diagnosed with depression and began taking antidepressants as I was getting my psychology degree. I diligently researched exactly what was going to be happening in my brain. The professors actually started sending other struggling students to come talk to me. I am also a person who has, personally, fought her way through depression, so I know how it feels. I know how I felt when I was "doing better than before" but dealing with side effects. I also know that I am truly happier now on absolutely no medications by focusing on taking good care of my physical health and my mental health and by finding a belief in my self and my life - no side effects... I still have bad days, but I truly talk about my debilitating depression like a thing of the past.
If you are trying my natural health and lifestyle changes to help you through your depression, you should continue to inform your current physician, psychiatrist, counselor.... whoever it is that helps you monitor your negative affect. If you ever have suicidal thoughts, you should seek professional help immediately.
Thank you for your interest. I am truly honored to help anyone I can and hope that we all have a chance to share ideas.
